Click & Collect allows you to complete your orders online and collect your items from our store with no minimum charges or delivery costs.

As of now, only our IOI City Mall Putrajaya store provides this service, but expect more locations in the near future!

1. Select items from our Click & Collect page and complete your order online as instructed.

2. At check out, select the Click & Collect option and proceed with payment.

3. You may now look forward to collecting your purchases at the selected store within 24 hours.

Express Delivery is a convenient way for customers who live in the vicinity of our selected store to receive their online orders within 24 hours, with an added shipping fee.

As of now, only our IOI City Mall Putrajaya store provides this service, but expect more locations in the near future!

1. Select items from our Express Delivery page and complete your order online as instructed.

2. During check out, insert your delivery address to see you if you are eligible for our Express Delivery. Want to see if you're eligible?

3. If your delivery address is within a 25km radius of the selected store, you may now enjoy this service!

The shipping fee for Express Delivery is RM25 flat rate.

1. We ensure your parcel arrives within 24 hours of your completed online order.

2. Your items will be delivered on the same day for orders completed before 3PM.

3. Orders made after 3PM will be delivered the following day according to your time selection.

Yes, you may! However, your parcel will be sent via standard shipping or you can choose the Click & Collect option.
